This is the developer of a suite of proprietary software products that satisfies identified needs in the financial services sector. Its founders have proved their professional skills and their business judgement by working in this market at Main Board level to build high-potential businesses for previous employers, including a company that was taken to its current listing on AIM. They are on track to achieve a similar degree of success with this company of their own.
The company's products are designed to increase their customers' sales through improved client recruitment and retention, as well as reducing their administration costs, whilst still ensuring compliance with strict regulatory requirements. They provide users with information-based products and services that enhance processes and allow customers to complete transactions faster and more cheaply. These services can be delivered online during the initial advisory (selling) phase or during the subsequent phase of administration. Its customers are typically companies in the financial services advisory markets, including mortgages, where there is considerable pressure to increase sales and cut costs.
These products complement those sold by the team's former employers, with which they still have excellent relationships. A former founder of one of those companies has in fact invested personally in this business at its seed stage. Collaborative business relationships have been agreed with those companies, and with other respected trade partners, which will leverage the team members' excellent reputation and strong contacts within the sector to accelerate business growth.
